The services
Rocket Fuel Reviews provides review management, website design and hosting, and local SEO services to businesses ("you"). The specifics of what's included in your plan are described on this site or in your service agreement.
Billing: month to month
- All services are billed monthly. There are no long-term contracts.
- Review plans include a 10-day free trial: you are not billed until the trial ends, and you can cancel during the trial at no charge.
- Smart Website and Local SEO engagements include a one-time setup fee plus a monthly amount, quoted before you commit.
- You can cancel any service at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. No cancellation penalty.
What stays yours
- Reviews collected through our service live on your own Google Business Profile. They are yours and remain yours if you leave.
- Your customer list remains your property. We use it only to deliver the services.
- Website content we produce for you is yours upon payment. Hosting and the underlying systems remain ours while the service is active; we'll assist with a reasonable handover if you leave.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business and customer information, and only customer contact data you are entitled to use for this purpose.
- Maintain a genuine business relationship with the customers we contact on your behalf.
- Comply with Google's review policies.
What we don't promise
We promise the work, not a specific number. Review counts, rankings, and lead volume depend on factors outside any provider's control: your market, your customer list, Google's systems. Any numbers on this site are real results for real clients, not a guarantee of yours.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by third-party platforms (including Google) that affect your profile, rankings, or reviews.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada.
